Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (US)
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Grynd Fit is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
